Shipping and Refunds
Shipping
Shipping charges - Under $60 is $6.95. All orders over $60 ship FREE. You can choose our expedited shipping option and we will ship USPS Priority Mail for $14.95. We currently only ship within the United States of America.
We are a family business and we endeavor to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We make every effort to process orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If we are delayed in any way we will send you an email. Please check your spam folder if you have not received a shipping confirmation within our order processing time.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have ordered a custom item, we will advise you on a delivery date because these items are made-to-order.
Is your item a gift? Please mention it on your order or send us an email at info@thesimpleequine.com and we would be happy to put in a personalized note.
If you haven’t received your order within one week of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@thesimpleequine.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. During holidays, please be patient with shipping carriers, they are often delayed.
Refunds
We want you to love your purchase from us. We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. Jewelry and gift items must be returned in unused and original condition with tags intact. We will refund the full order amount minus the original shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please ship your item back to: The Simple Equine, 32 Indian Head Road, Riverside, CT 06878 with tracking. For high value items, consider purchasing insurance. We are not responsible if the shipping carrier loses your items.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@thesimpleequine.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
